The neorealist-neoliberal discussion about the possibilities for collective action in Global relations is according to a shared dedication to Mancur Olson's rationalist definition of the situation as one of finding exogenously presented egoists to cooperate. Managing this assumption for a de facto hypothesis about earth politics, I articulate the r
